The Legend
What I refuse to become.
- Derive from identityA person who is ___ does this because ___, or it doesn't make the list.
- Track what you controlActions, not results.
- The stranger testWould your behaviour alone give you away?
- Hard keystonesPick the three that are actually hard.
- Start with sixTen is the ceiling, not the target.
What marker should I use?
Not a dry-erase whiteboard marker: those rub off the moment your hand touches them, confirmed by physical test. Use a wet-erase or liquid chalk marker. Staedtler Lumocolor non-permanent works well.
How do I mount it?
Print it, slide it into a glossy pocket or laminate pouch, then tape or clip it to a wall at eye level. Wipe clean with a damp cloth at month's end and reuse it.
Refunds?
It's a digital file, so I can't take it back. But email me and I'll refund you. No argument.
"One missed day is weather. Two in a row is a decision."
Thirty-one days from now you'll have evidence either way. That's worth six euros.
One month is the trial. Eighty-Four Days is the confrontation.
A 96-page notebook running a full twelve-week programme: a sealed identity section, an anti-vision written in forced detail, ten habits and three to five weekly goals, and a reckoning at the end where you read who you were on day one. This tracker doesn't have any of that. That's honest, and it's why finishing a month tends to make people want the rest.
